  • Career preparation workshop: roadmap, LinkedIn, CV, personal branding
  • Dedicated 1:1 working lunch with a mentor or coach
  • Outdoor goal-setting session: self reflection and peer exchange

Know Your Future

Immersion & graduation

  • Adventure Activity & Cultural Immersion: Physically demanding outdoor challenge in nature or an urban setting. Basic fitness and mental resilience required.
  • Family Business Visit: On-site visit to a local family business, exploring its founding story and legacy.
  • Graduation Ceremony: Formal ceremony concluding the program and recognising your achievements.
  • Graduation Dinner (Optional): Farewell dinner celebrating your journey.
Optional Add-On

Extend your stay, 2-3 days.

Extend your stay in South Africa with a 2-3 day add-on where we continue the outdoor adventure with specialised conservationists and trackers in the wild. Family members and friends are welcome to join.

Add-on fees, accommodation and activities are not included in the LEAP program fee.

Rotational internship addressing a real business challenge, with a family genogram and ecosystem exercise. FBC-facilitated structured placement.

Placement within an FBC member company, a live professional environment with scope set by the host. Progress log and end-of-internship presentation assessed by FBC.

FBN Internship

International · Host-defined

Global internship across the FBN network, a live professional environment with scope set by the host. Progress log and end-of-internship presentation assessed by FBC.
